Our engaging, trained docents want to don their costumes and hit the road and visit your classrooms to present a slide-show of pictures and a box of artifacts to teach about the early settlers - why they came and how they lived - and how Roseville's population exploded with the relocation of the Rail Road and Pacific Fruit Express!

• Slides and artifacts discussion, rotating hands-on pioneer craft and games stations, and Virginia Reel folk dance instruction and pioneer-era folk song singing

• $50 fee per classroom. Scholarships available for Title 1 schools.

• Parent volunteers requested to help with craft stations.
